  1. Love this band, can’t wait for “The Electric Age” on the 26th. They are my favorite thrash band that still brings it, they get better and better with time.

Yeah… please listen to Overkill more! This band never took a layoff from what they do best… like so many other Thrash Metal bands have done.

Do they have one album or greatest hits that would be great for a casual fan to have? Something to get me started.

Back in 2002, there was a “Then And Now” (Sanctuary Records) compilation CD released. I don’t know if it’s still in print though.

My #1 recommendations is to get ahold of any of Overkill’s “live” CD’s… they all are incredible and are essentially “greatest hits” too.

          1. 1995 – ‘Wrecking Your Neck’

          2. 2002 – ‘Wrecking Everything’

          3. 2002 – Extended Versions (live)

          * You absolutely won’t go wrong by picking up the cover song CD from Overkill, man, it’s unreal good! It’s from 1999 and titled: ‘Coverkill’. ‘Space Truckin” and ‘Deuce’ are incredible covers from them to hear. The entire Coverkill CD is a MUST. \m/\m/

I’ll look into, thanks for your help.

Is that the same version of Space Truckin that Tesla did?

Yeah. That’s the same ‘Space Truckin” song that Tesla did. The Deep Purple Classic of Classics. \m/
