On April 29th, 1989 – Def Leppard hits #12, on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart in the U.S., with their hit: Rocket.
On this day in 1981 – Van Halen released their fourth album, Fair Warning. This album went on to reach #5 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart and sell two million (plus) copies in the United States, alone.
On April 29th, 2015 – The newly released solo album, Accountable Beasts, from the legendary drummer Bill Ward (former Black Sabbath) is ranked at #15 on the iTunes Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums Chart. This is Bill Ward’s first solo album in 18 years. Whoa, man!
On this day in 2015 – Death Moines, Iowa’s GREEN DEATH is ranked at #1 on Amazon’s Death Metal Digital Sales Chart, with their newly released studio album: Manufacturing Evil. This killer album is also ranked at #17 on the iTunes Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums Chart. Whoa!!
On April 29th, 2015 – The forthcoming studio album from COAL CHAMBER, Rivals, is ranked at #37 on iTunes Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums Chart.
