On June 15th, 1970 – The iconic Jimi Hendrix spent his first day recording at Electric Ladyland studios in New York City. Electric Ladyland studios was designed to exact specifications from Jimi Hendrix. Rest in peace, Jimi Hendrix.
On June 15th, 1985 – Bon Jovi made their second appearance on American Bandstand. Bon Jovi performed In And Out of Love and Only Lonely. Rest in peace, Dick Clark. Shown above is the second studio album from Bon Jovi, released in early 1985: 7800° Fahrenheit. The songs In And Out Of Love and Only Lonely are both featured on this album.
On June 15th, 2015 – The new studio album, Hail Mary, from IWRESTLEDABEARONCE is ranked at #13, on the iTunes Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums Chart. This album releases on June 16th, 2015.
SCOTT ROCKENFIELD
On June 15th, 1963, Scott Rockenfield was born. Happy Birthday, Scott Rockenfield! Scott Rockenfield is a world-class drummer and co-founder for the legendary Queensrÿche. Metal Be Thy Name!
