On August 13th, 1977 – The legendary ALICE COOPER (solo) has his hit ballad single, You And Me, ranked at #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. This song is featured on his 1977 studio album: Lace And Whiskey. Coolness.
On August 13th, 1983 – The fabulous DEF LEPPARD had their hit single, Rock Of Ages, ranked at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. This song is featured on DEF LEPPARD’s third studio album from 1983: Pyromania. I’m Burnin’, Burnin’, I got the fever!
On August 13th, 201o – The magnificent IRON MAIDEN released their fifteenth studio album The Final Frontier, via EMI. Hail MAIDEN!!
On August 13th, 2015 – The new studio album from Rochester New York’s SIRENS & SAILORS is ranked at #21, on the iTunes Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums Chart. Jumping Jiminy Cricket that is cool!
On August 13th, 2015 – DEVIL YOU KNOW has their debut studio album, The Beauty Of Destruction, ranked at #100, on the iTunes Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums Chart. Whoa. This album was released back on April 29th, 2014.

I still remember listening to the radio waiting on Rock of Ages to come on – also the video as well. Still love that song to this day.
