      Agreed! ‘Metal Health (Bang Your Head)’ was THE anthem among my group of Metal buddies back in ’83. I swear… that song gave me super powers to get through crap… when I needed it most as a teenager. LOL… that song still works it’s magic the same way today for me!

          That’s very cool. Do you still have it? On vinyl or cassette? I had ‘Metal Health’ on cassette from the get-go and still have it! LOL! Years later I did buy a CD copy. Owned it on vinyl and it was destroyed in my flooded basement.

          • No. Tapes are all but gone now for me. I’m trying to get up to just MP3’s, but I hate losing the CD. I guess I’m old school. I do have this one on CD.
