VOLBEAT And KING DIAMOND – Their Song “Room 24” Is Nominated For Best Metal Performance, At 56th Annual Grammy Awards

Metal Blade Records would like to congratulate Volbeat and King Diamond for being nominated for Best Metal Performance for the track “Room 24” in the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards.
The Heavy Metal icon King Diamond had this to say: “Thank you to everyone involved with voting. This is a great way to come back from the dead…literally.”
Also nominated this year are Black Sabbath, Anthrax, Dream Theater, and Killswitch Engage. The GRAMMY’s will be taking place on Sunday, January 26 2014 in Los Angeles, Calif. at The Staples Center and will be broadcast live on CBS from 8–11:30pm (ET/PT).
