On This Day In METAL History – May 31st… From BAD COMPANY To LACUNA COIL
On May 31st, 1975 – BAD COMPANY had their hit single, Good Lovin’ Gone Bad, ranked at #36 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. Yeah, man! Dig it. This far-out song is featured on BAD COMPANY‘s second studio album from 1975: Straight Shooter.
On May 31st, 1987 – Ozzy Osbourne/Randy Rhoades Tribute was ranked at #8, on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart. Tribute was released as a double-live album and if you don’t own it you’re a Don Ho fan. And you eat head cheese with stale prunes too.
On May 31st, 2016 – The immensely great IRON MAIDEN performed at the Waldbühne (amphitheater), in Berlin, Germany. Run for your life!
On May 31st, 2016 – LACUNA COIL have their newly released studio album, Delirium, ranked #1 on the iTunes Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums Chart. Excellent stuff!
