February 23, 2007 – MANOWAR Gods Of War was released first in Germany. The album cover was created by (the late) fantasy artist Ken Kelly. This was the last MANOWAR studio album to include (the late) Scott Columbus.

The 16 pages of text for the album booklet was written in the runic alphabet.
