“The Hunter & The Prey” finds Thron venturing into uncharted sonic territory. Anchored in their signature blackened metal, the track bursts open with unexpected textures of haunting saxophone passages and the spectral glow of vintage 70s synthesizers. The result is a dark, cinematic journey that blurs the line between primal aggression and otherworldly atmosphere, marking one of the band’s boldest and most evocative statements to date.
In March 2023, THRON unleashed their fourth full-length Dust; a sonic testament to their relentless evolution and creative hunger. Hailed by fans and critics alike, ‘Dust’ carved its mark into the underground and beyond, paving the way forward.
