High-octane crossover thrash powerhouse EXTINCTION A.D. officially release their blistering new single, “Truth or Consequences,” out today via M-Theory Audio to all digital download and streaming platforms. The track features a guest appearance by Brian Audley, guitarist of hardcore band INCENDIARY, providing visceral backup vocals that amplify the song’s aggressive energy.
Accompanied by a gritty new lyric video, “Truth or Consequences” delivers the band’s signature blend of thrash metal precision and New York hardcore intensity. The track explores themes of accountability and the inevitable fallout of societal deception, serving as a sonic wrecking ball for the modern era.
“Working with Brian was a no-brainer for us. Incendiary has always been a massive influence on the Long Island scene, and having his energy on this track took it to a completely different level of aggression,” says singer/guitarist Rick Jimenez. “This song veers hard into the ideology of more ground level stakes, which hearkens back to vibes of a former band of mine and Audley’s called Soldiers”.
