    I talked to Jay Jay Monday night on Eddie Trunks Show on Sirus/XM’s “The Boneyard” about the importance of eyecare. It is something that is an everyday subject, at uor house, because of my Wife’s occupation. What he has done to get the differing companies to come together, they way they did, as related to their products, is nothing short of historical. I hope he is successful in this endeavour. Thank You, Stone, for bringing it to the attention of even more people.

      It’s no problem at all, to bring such a worthy and humane cause to light through this post. We always read about the “entertainment” and “gossip” aspects of Rock ‘N’ Roll, rarely are great stories like this making the “headline news” on mainstream television. Actually, stories like this NEVER make the cable network news. I was amazed too, at the task that Jay Jay French undertook to get this charity off the ground. Man, how can we really put into words the accomplishment Jay Jay has acheived?

      You used the perfect word: “historical”… and Jay Jay French is a true hero. With Dee Snider being our hero vs. the PMRC and now Jay Jay doing this… Twisted Sister is a band of true Rock ‘N’ Roll warriors! Whoa… yeah. With all of the seriously scary news that is going on in the world right now, I thought that Scott Coverdale found a perfect story/info to post.

      It’s also very admirable that your wife’s occupation is related to making people see and or see better. 🙂
