Looking forward to grabbing this disc even if I have to go to the dreaded Walmart to purchase it

What no Steve Perry? Now maybe they’ll go back to a more rocking sound than the commercial cr*p they gave us in the early 80s.

I give it 3 and a half stars. It rocks harder and is a little experimental. Probably better than the last one since there’s no blatant re-writes of old songs here. Nothing immediately catchy, though.

Great progressive sound. More ROCK than the usual commercial stuff which gets to be boring after hearing it over and over. The songs and sound are new and fresh. It has a loud punch to the gut and definitely just needs more airtime for people hear it and appreciate the HARD ROCK sound. I like this sound better. Not too many bands can create new songs that has a lot of GUTS in it. This makes you stomp your feet and play the songs loud.
