* Background info on Premonition 13: Wino pairs up with an old friend from The Obsessed days – Jim Karow. The two bonded over jam sessions and discussions on Mesoamerican culture and magnetism. Speaking of magnets, this album makes heavy use of the E-Bow (a handheld guitar effect that uses an electromagnet field to sustain notes).

This Premonition 13 album is incredible stuff! Riffs galore and downright old school too. 🙂
I really dig the acoustic album “Adrift” from WINO… great storytelling and an enjoyable listen each time I play it. \m/
