BAD COMPANY – Desolation Angels
This is just one of many great Bad Company releases from years gone by. “Rock n’ Roll Fantasy” and “Gone, Gone, Gone” are the two most recognizable hits, however there is no boring tunes on this classic. Paul Rodgers on lead vocals are stuff of legend on this album. Expect Classic Hard Rock, a ballad or two and an entire CD of enjoyable tunes that grows better with every listen. This classic will never collect dust in my collection. I only wish I kept the 45 rpm of “Rock n’ Roll Fantasy” that I bought as a kid, it came with one of the better 45 record sleeves of the day, a miniature version of the actual album cover it was, plus the paper stock was thick and not cheesy.
