“After a long search, the decision was made quickly: we rehearsed and did test recordings with a lot of great singers, but one guy just blew us away… Martin LeMar will be the new voice of Nachtgeschrei!
And what a voice – Martin, who already provided the vocals for Tommorow’s Eve and Progressive Metal legend Mekong Delta, just convinced us with his voice and personality. We are absolutely sure that he is the right guy to kick off once again with. You can see brand new pictures of us with Martin on our website!

But before we present you new material, let’s join us for a little retrospective: Massacre Records looks back on six years of Nachtgeschrei with a virtual “best of” compilation album. We have selected 13 favourite tracks from our previous releases, that offer a cross-section of our three studio albums. Whoever wants to have all the favourites of band and fans at one swoop, should mark May 18th, 2012.
Then “Eine Erste Kerbe”, the digital Nachtgeschrei-Best-Of will be available for a special offer at iTunes, Amazon, Musicload and other digital music stores.”
