Spearheaded by the mighty Andrew Lee (Ripped to Shreds) and featuring the legendary vocals of Mark Boals (ex-Yngwie Malmsteen), the album marks a shift toward a leaner, meaner brand of US Power Metal.
Eschewing the symphonic and styles of his recent work, Heavy Metal Hairspray sees Boals returning to the aggressive, riff-filled territory that defined his career-making performance on Yngwie Malmsteen’s Trilogy.
