Firstly, I shall begin by expressing my heart-felt condolences to the landslide victims, families and friends of Oso and Darrington, Washington. This remote village area of Washington’s Cascade Mountains was hit with the terrible tragedy of a beyond enormous mudslide. This horrible event took place on Saturday, March 22nd.
I also express these same sincere condolences, to the families and friends of the passengers and crew of Malaysia Flight 370. Life is so precious and we never know where or how tragedy will strike humankind next. Cherish life.
This coming July, it looks like the magnificent and legendary IRON MAIDEN will be headlining at this year’s Sonisphere, at Knebworth Park, Hertfordshire, England. If y’all want more info, click this link below:

As every Metal, Rock, Hard Rock and Mötley Crüe fan realizes, the unfortunate and “Final Tour” for this super-legendary band is upon us. The Final Tour kicks off on June 21st, in Montebello, Quebec, Canada and sadly ends on November 22nd, in Spokane, Washington. The “very special guest” is another super-legend known as Alice Cooper. Whoa!
By now, y’all must understand why I slapped the CD cover for Mötley Crüe’s Greate$t Hit$, at the top of this post! I’ll admit, seeing Mötley Crüe on their Girls, Girls, Girls tour, with the charismatic Whitesnake opening, was and forever will be a memorable Metal experience! This Mötley Crüe concert memory happened at the Hartford Civic Center, in Hartford, Connecticut. The 80’s F’n ruled. Good Metal times, indeed.
How can I measure the importance of Mötley Crüe to the history of Metal Music? I can’t measure it. Mötley Crüe’s contributions to all Heavy Music, in my Metal opinion, are immeasurable. This band deserves a huge room, all to themselves, at The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. Alas, there will forever be an impressive part of my Metal heart secured for Mötley Crüe. That, my Metal brethren = Metal truth. Metal be thy name.
LONG LIVE METAL.
LONG LIVE ROCK ‘N ROLL.
