The Boar Metal beasts of BOARZOY have launched the official music for “Agency (Is Necessary),” the first single off their upcoming new album, The Great Fires.
The song perfectly encapsulates the band’s sludge-fueled, groove-forward brand of metal. Imagine a boar running roughshod through the pit at a DIY show and you’ve got BOARZOY.
The band comments on the song, “This track is about doing the right thing, especially in the present moment. It’s also our first release with a music video, so we really wanted to capture the intense energy we bring to shows. It’s a display of our ‘Boar Metal’ sound – aggressive, eclectic and hits hard.”
