REVOCATION – I remember posting the press release, regarding this tidy 5 song EP, Teratogenesis, from Boston’s REVOCATION. Back on September 25th, 2012, this Metal gem was released for free, via Scion A/V Presents. Scion A/V routinely offers free downloads of Metal EP’s; therefore I declare Scion A/V kicks 100% Metal ass. This great company supports Metal. ‘Nuff said about that.
Of the 5 songs on this EP, my 2 favorite songs on Teratogenesis are Maniacally Unleashedand Bound By Desire. Plus, there are a TON of Metal grooves to be heard and enjoyed from the title track. Whoa! Please note that ALL 5 songs on this EP are some of the best Metal work that REVOCATION has ever done! I’m not shitting about that. If you’re not familiar with REVOCATION, their brand of Metal is Thrash, in the Death Thrash vein and they play it extremely well; just like Arizona’s rabid Hemoptysis.
The overall Metal wall-of-sound is so damn blistering fine from this EP! This is guitar driven Death Thrash that is, for me, eye-popping! If you’re looking for Metal intensity, that’ll leave you feeling as though you’ve smoked and inhaled potent Metal bliss, then Teratogenesis from REVOCATION is it. Metal be thy name. – Stone
You could say this is a ‘grindcore hat-trick’ as it is the third OEF appearance in 2014 for Italian hate mob Cripple Bastards after headlining the insane Obscene Extreme Asia in Tokyo and Obscene Extreme Australia in Melbourne earlier this year. But if you really want to see the Bastards play at home, then Obscene Extreme Trutnov is the grounds for the final massacre. They have been blasting the shit on stage since the festival’s birth back in 1999 and raised the most infernal stage diving pits for countless times through the years that followed.
26 years after their conception Cripple Bastards still hold the banner high as Italy’s most hostile and aggressive grind/hardcore unit around. With one foot firmly in the past and all the vicious savagery of manic fast 80’s hardcore extremity, Cripple Bastards are also charging forwards. With bloodshot eyes and a rabid ‘get out and bite them’ attitude, this band are ready to introduce their brand new 2014 full length ‘Nero In Metastasi’ on Relapse Records and they will consolidate their ongoing mission of bringing nihilistic, fuck-you-all, grinding hatred to every corner of an underserving mankind.
Cripple Bastards will also be introducing for the first time ever on Trutnov’s Battlefield their 5 piece line-up with new axeman Wild Vitto on second guitar which will only enhance their wall of hate/grind fury!
Listen to ‘Malato Terminale’ taken from the ‘Nero In Metastasi’ album!
THE ZOMBIE DANDIES – Just when I thought I was the only dude left on Earth that used the word dandy, along came The Zombie Dandies. In a way, I feel semi-redeemed for still using that magical word as an adjective in my writings. Heck, (drummer & vocalist) Marty has the last name: Dandy. Whoa.
A Glam/Punk band from Normandy, France, the other half of The Zombie Dandies is K1000 Zombie (guitars & vocals). This duo has released a self-titled demo EP back in 2012 and it is a DIY, raw, retrospective… dandy. This demo EP reminds me of the tape trading daze, (oops, I meant days), when underground and/or rising bands were being touted by us hell rats and Metalheads, back in the pre-digital era.
Fans of (the very early) Mötley Crüe and Sunset Strip era should dig The Zombie Dandies, while those who love the low-end production of early Misfits may become gleeful at what they hear from this demo EP. If you can never get enough of Too Fast For Love and then reach for the Ramones, you are in for a FUN surprise with The Zombie Dandies. Metal be thy name. – Stone

The Heavy Sound Festival was a Heavy Metal/Hard Rock Festival back in the ’80s. The first edition took place in Bruges (Belgium), in 1983. The 2nd & 3rd moved to Poperinge for ’84 and ’85.
Bands – 1st edition:
Ostrogoth, Killer, Golden Earring, Viva, Baron Rojo, Warning, Uriah heep, Gary Moore…
Bands 3rd edition:
Pretty Maids, Slayer, UFO, Lee Aaron, Tokyo Blade, Warlock, Crossfire…
The festival was all about giving new upcoming bands the chance to be heard and some of them made it pretty far!
In 1985 there were some complaints about vandalism, never knew if this was true or just a rumor. Anyhow, the organizers thought it was better to just leave it as it was and stopped organizing the event.
It’s official that the heavy sound is totally back, with a new organization and the crew of the previous editions!!
UK melodic extreme metallers Bloodshot Dawn have announced more guests that are set to appear on their as of yet unrecorded second album. The announcements are Andy James and Chris Amott, two very highly accomplished guitarists.
Andy James is a globally renowned metal and shred guitarist known for incredible playing and versatility with his instrument. He has featured on DVD’s released with leading companies such as Licklibrary and Jamtrax as well as having released several solo records and two successful albums with Sacred Mother Tongue. Andy is also known for having appeared on stages all across the world not just with Sacred Mother Tongue but with bands such as Cradle of Filth, The Fields of the Nephilim and as a solo artist at industry shows such as NAMM in Los Angeles and the Frankfurt MESSE.
Chris Amott needs little introduction, the Swedish shredder is most notably known as a founding member of melodic death metal titans Arch Enemy. Chris left Arch Enemy in 2012 to pursue his solo career and went on to release ‘Follow Your Heart’. He also founded Armageddon releasing three successful albums and after relocating to USA he has announced that a brand new Armageddon record is in the making.

BLACK LABEL SOCIETY – The 9th studio album from Black Label Society was released on April 8th, 2014. The lead music video for this album is My Dying Time, which was released back on March 31st, 2014. This unreal cool music video was directed by Justin Reich.
Zakk Wylde shreds on lead guitar and kicks ass singing, per usual! You’ll also see new (and great) guitarist Dario Lorina at the beginning of this music video. Dario Lorina toured with (the late) Jani Lane and is a former member from the legendary Lizzy Borden. My Dying Time is a grand song from BLS, therefore, this music video is…
Legendary NWOBHM band SATAN will kick off its first U.S. tour tonight at Black Bear Bar in Brooklyn, New York. The influential Trad Metal pioneers will spend the next six days gracing North American stages in support of their 2013 comeback album, Life Sentence. Dates are as follows:
4/11 – Brooklyn, NY @ Black Bear Bar
4/12 – Montreal, QC @ Katacombes
4/13 – Worcester, MA @ Ralph’s Rock Diner
4/14 – Philadelphia, PA @ Kung Fu Necktie
4/15 – Richmond, VA @ Strange Matter
4/16 – Baltimore, MD @ The Metro Gallery
SATAN is a heavy metal band originating from Newcastle, England in 1980, known as part of the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal movement. Though generally obscure throughout their career, the band is considered influential for playing a form of proto-thrash metal that was fairly advanced by the standards of the early 1980s.
Their 1983 debut album, Court In The Act, is now widely acclaimed and regarded by many as the pinnacle of their career, during which the band’s line-up underwent a number of personnel changes and even changes in band name, releasing albums under the name of BLIND FURY and PARIAH, before folding in 1990. Guitarist Steve Ramsey and bassist Graeme English went on to found folk metal band SKYCLAD, while vocalist Brian Ross reformed his original band BLITZKRIEG.
SATAN remained inactive until re-assembling for a one-off gig at Germany’s Wacken Open Air in 2004, and finally reunited in their original Court In The Act line-up for 2011’s Keep It True festival. The band performed at several european festivals in 2011 and 2012 and have announced more festival shows and even a new album for 2013, to mark the 30th anniversary of Court In The Act‘s release. Bow to your knees, SATAN was back with its new album Life Sentence, released in April 2013 on Listenable Records.
Life Sentence was featured on many a “Best Of 2013” lists, and has been heralded as one of the best comeback album of the decade.
“The 80s NWOBHM legends return with an absolute beast of a comeback” – Metal Hammer
Footage of SATAN performing “Cenotaph” at last year’s Live Evil Fest in London is now playing at this location.
Brian Ross – vocals Steve Ramsey – Guitar Russ Tippins – Guitar Graeme English – Bass Sean Taylor – Drums
SKINFATHER – The debut album, None Will Mourn, from Southern California’s Skinfather, will be released on April 22nd, via Streetcleaner Records. Fans of Hardcore, Death Metal and/or any Extreme Metal will get a Metal kick out of Skinfather. There’s plenty of vocal rage and cheerlessness to go around, with riff heavy, maniacal and (at times) groove laden, speed driven songs. There’s even a touch of old school Doom with the memorable instrumental Atraxia.
The thick, crunchy and relentless guitars and eruptive rhythm section of Skinfather are a damn cool listening experience, for my Metal hungry brain tissue. Definitely support and give Skinfather a listen; this band comes across as being true to the Metal model of extreme. Metal be thy name. – Stone
None Will Mourn – Track Listing: Ordeal By Fire, Drown In Black, Born Of Despair, Hellish Grave, Atraxia, Dead Still, Calloused, Planes Of Ruination, Impaled
THUNDERWAR – Poland’s Thunderwar saw their debut (4 song) EP, The Birth Of Thunder, release back in 2013. I do declare, without any reasonable doubt, that Thunderwar will be a Death Metal band to reckon with for years to come. I hope, anyways. It’s always a thrill, when an astute underground Death Metal band such as Thunderwar crosses my Metal path. In my Metal opinion, these Polish Death Metal dudes are really good at what they do.
Thunderwar plays their brand of Death Metal on the melodic side as well; still, it’s Death Metal, in the European vein. In other Metal words, that means this band kicks unadulterated Death Metal ass. With their instrumental title track, The Birth Of Thunder, a mature musical aptitude abounds from Thunderwar; displaying their taste for the splendid and atmospheric listen. I believe I hear a touch of flamenco guitar in this title track too. I dunno, what do I know. Whoa.
I realize this sounds cliché, however, I do wish that this wasn’t an EP and instead a full-length album. Yes, I do dig Thunderwar. Any fan of Amon Amarth should become an instant fan of this band. I sincerely would love to see Thunderwar keep their Metal momentum going and become a household name among the proud world-community of Death Metal addicts. Metal be thy name. – Stone

MAMMOTH GRINDER – Back on July 23rd, 2013, Mammoth Grinder saw their third studio album, Underworlds, released via 20 Buck Spin. From Austin, Texas, Mammoth Grinder fuses Metal (From Death to Thrash), Grind and Punk into a steamroller of Earth crunching sound. Regardless of sub-genres, the all-encompassing sound from Mammoth Grinder, that floods my brain is Metal. For me, Underworlds is one of the best Metal albums to revisit from 2013. Underworlds has that staying power for me to talk about for a very, very long time. Whoa.
If I had to sum up Mammoth Grinder with only one phrase, I believe it would go like this: Mammoth Grinder are Motörhead, Corrosion Of Conformity and Down on potent steroids. I actually just chuckled out loud as I wrote that phrase. Aw hell, it’s true, to my spent and quasi-aging ears anyways. I’ll definitely state that your Metal CD or (gulp) mp3 collection is below average, if Mammoth Grinder is not represented in it. Metal be thy name and… UUAAGH! – Stone
Underworlds Track Listing: Underworlds, Wraparound Eyes, Revenge, Paragon Pusher, Barricades, Cogs In The Machine, Roperide, Breeding, Born In A Bag, Moral Crux
EMPIRE OF RATS – The self-titled debut album from Columbus Ohio’s Empire Of Rats was released back on October 31st, 2013, via A389 Recordings. This Hardcore group has taken their inner disgust for society’s status quo, annoying antagonists and whatever else pisses them off, funneling it all into fuel for a freaking impressive debut for (what’s left of) my eardrums. Empire Of Rats don’t screw around with their sonic brutality. If its legit, underground Hardcore that you crave, Empire Of Rats serves it up with ferocity. It’s that easy to explain.
Everything about this debut is pummeling, with the exception of the 1:05 intro to Early Mourning, which boasts a calming acoustic guitar number before succumbing to a mid-tempo (all band) Metal instrumental; an instrumental that reminds me of Metallica’s Ride The Lightning days. Overall, the vocals, musicianship, energy and rage on this album are what diehard Hardcore fans yearn for and I highly endorse Empire Of Rats. Metal be thy name. – Stone

New York City Stoner Doom trio, BLACKOUT, will bring their quaking riff rituals to Canada later this month on a four-date mini tour through Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City. This will mark the band’s first time ever on Canadian soil.
The band is justifiably ecstatic, “Wang dang poutine bang! BLACKOUT is taking their filth to the streets of Canada! We are so psyched and surprised that none of us have DUIs! Canada here we come!”
BLACKOUT Takes Canada 2014:
4/17/2014 Smiling Buddah – Toronto, ON
4/18/2014 Café Dekuf – Ottawa, ON
4/19/2014 Turbo Haus – Montreal, QC
4/20/2014 Sous Sol Du Cercle – Quebec City, QC
BLACKOUT will be touring in support of their We Are Here debut released independently last year. Commended by Sea of Tranquility for its “crushing, psychedelic heaviness,” We Are Here was recorded at Vacation Island Studio with engineer/producer Rob Laakso (Diamond Nights, Swirlies, Kurt Vile), and continues to reap critical applause. Mister Growl champions the trio for, “creating music so massive you can’t fathom its source,” Heavy Planet notes, “Loaded with screeches, twitches, and six hits of heady fuzz, We Are Here moves between massive sludge rhythms, ashy stoner passages, and sparse pockets of simplified doom. Present throughout is a rubbery weirdness, a sporadic psychedelia that sways as much as it stomps. The sound is true and solid, evidenced by the band’s approach,” while The Obelisk enthuses, “[BLACKOUT] show up with big riffs, big stomp, and underpinnings of quirk that give their unabashed tonal weight a sense that’s both lighthearted in not taking itself too seriously and a huge part of what makes the album overall so effective.
Copping influence from stoner heavyweights like the Melvins and Sleep – easy comparisons to make, but true all the same – BLACKOUT might read on the surface like Riffy Brand X, but there’s more to We Are Here than sonic redundancies and tonal largesse.” Adds the Sludgelord pointedly, “Sometimes, you need a little bit of honest-to-goodness primordial metal. No pretence, no airs and graces, just crushing doom, feedback-saturated hunks of raw metal. This is where Brooklyn three-piece instrument destroyers BLACKOUT come in… We Are Here has bashed me like a club and dragged me back to its cave to examine its crude, yet creative, works. Put on your best animal skins, it’s about to get primitive. ”

With food, beer and America at the forefront, it only makes sense guitar player/vocalist Christian Gordy and drummer Taryn Waldman would meet at Gordy’s 2011 July 4th cookout in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Waldman, a former Hooter’s waitress turned big time commercial film editor, and Gordy, a one-legged bartender/artist/BBQ enthusiast were an oddball couple for NY’s heavily-styled metal scene. The duo began rapidly banging out monolithic snail-paced riffs that could party as much as they could crush.
BLACKOUT – referring to blackout drunk, the absence of light, or a mobster hit on an entire family – was the only appropriate title for the band. With a three-song demo recorded at the now defunct Headgear Studios in the bag, Waldman set out on the task of stalking and acquiring drum wizard Justin Sherrel for the bass position. The sound filled out and quickly grew like Chuck Berry’s mustache. Now with Sherrel’s nitty-gritty, rhythm-heavy mud beneath an electrical tide of riffs and explosions, the mighty river of sludge was primed to lurch forward.
Cincinnati, Ohio – The Warriors of Metal, Inc. non-profit organization is honored to be able to welcome back the Houston, Texas Power/Speed Metal legends of HELSTAR as the Saturday headliner for our Seventh Annual Warriors Of Metal Fest.
Band vocalist James Rivera states: “Here I go again; round three for me to appear at Warriors of Metal Festival, at its new location O’Sheckys LIVE in Columbus, Ohio! My first time performing at WOM was when HELSTAR headlined the fest in 2012 along with MANILLA ROAD at its former grounds in Pataskala, Ohio. The band and I had an awesome experience our first time around, we were treated very well by the organizers Datis & Lea Alaee and their organization and given a warm welcome by the fans. Due to overwhelming popularity in the Midwest U.S. region and with veteran WOM festival goers, I was invited back as the headliner in 2013 to premiere my solo project, JAMES RIVERA. Once again, I received unbelievable treatment and to say the least, I’m always overly flattered by the kindness of everybody involved in WOM. Now I’ll be returning for the seventh edition of WOM Fest with HELSTAR headlining on Saturday, June 28th, and there’s no better time to have us back. We have a new album coming out on April 29th entitled “This Wicked Nest”, which will be on the streets for two months by the time we hit the stage at WOM. I feel it’s the strongest HELSTAR record to date and will embrace all HELSTAR fans, old and new, throughout the decades. We even went as far as writing an instrumental to please the neoclassical metal admirers, which features guitarist extraordinaire Jeff Loomis (NEVERMORE, SANCTUARY, CONQUERING DYSTOPIA). The most exciting part about the HELSTAR shows in 2014, is not only are we going out in support of our new album and playing many great songs from previous albums, but it also happens to be the 30-Year Anniversary of the release of “Burning Star”, our debut album that put the band on the metal map of the world in 1984. So what we will be doing for all of our shows in 2014 (beginning with our European tour) is supporting “This Wicked Nest” and including a special 30 year salute to the “Burning Star” album. This means we will be playing an extended set with Burning Star songs as our encore. So for the old school HELSTAR fans, this is a show you will not want to miss! WOM is the first and only confirmed Midwest appearance for HELSTAR so far this year. Hope to see you all there!”
Check out HELSTAR’s “Fall of Dominion” from the forthcoming album This Wicked Nest, below:

ILLDISPOSED have finished the recordings of their upcoming album at Denmark’s Antfarm Studio! Tue Madsen is soon going to take care of the mix as well as the mastering.
ILLDISPOSED’s new album will be entitled “With The Lost Souls On Our Side”! It will be the first album with new drummer Kim Langkjær Jensen, who permanently joined the band in autumn 2013.
Lasse Hoile once again created the beautiful cover artwork. He is also responsible for the artwork of the band’s previous records “1-800 Vindication”, “Burn Me Wicked” and “There Is Light… But It’s Not For Me”.
The band also posted the following statement on their facebook page a while ago: “Since we haven’t been able to reach an agreement on a cover song to record, we’ve decided to record a new version of one of our own oldies instead!”
ILLDISPOSED’s new album “With The Lost Souls On Our Side” is set to be released on June 27, 2014 via Massacre Records!
2014 has seen UK Death/Thrash outfit Flayed Disciple back in the studio recording a new EP and follow-up to the 2012 debut album ‘Death Hammer’. Chuck Creese, who produced the ‘Ejaculate While Killing’ EP in 2010, was back at the helm recording the new record.
Guitarist Jon Whitfield comments: “The new EP will remain untitled and released on a stunning 12″ vinyl as well as digitally. This release is to showcase the bands new sound and energy, and our new drummer Rich Lewis who joined us in 2013.”
‘Flayed Disciple’ EP will be released May 24th via Bethlam Records.
The EP contains three new tracks; ‘Sick Abomination’, ‘The Gates Of Bedlam’ and ‘The Maniac’ and with over 20 minutes of music, Flayed Disciple are set to deliver more of the epic thrash style that they began to carve for themselves on ‘Death Hammer’. A music video for ‘The Gates of Bedlam’ will also be released coinciding with the vinyl release.
Since the release of Flayed Disciple’s 2012 debut album ‘Death Hammer’, things have moved forward greatly and at great speed. With massive acclaim from the Metal media, Flayed Disciple gained coverage in mainstream magazines such as Metal Hammer & Terrorizer. The band released two music videos, ‘The Shrine Of Dahmer’ and ‘The Westboro Massacre’; the latter, which went on to reach over 90,000 views on YouTube.
Watch ‘The Westboro Massacre’ Here:
The band have toured up and down their native UK as well as Europe and beyond with heavyweights such as Vader, Aborted, Blood Red Throne, etc. The band have played numerous festivals including the UK’s Bloodstock Festival, Hammerfest and they made an appearance at the Indian Metal Fest in Bangalore alongside Gojira.
Flayed Disciple are now seasoned live players, and have a UK tour from May 18th to 24th as main support to Earache Records’ Thrash maniacs Bonded By Blood. The band also has a 13-day European tour from October 6th to 18th in support of another Earache Records’ band Cerebral Bore.
German Thrash Metal heroes TANKARD just revealed the album cover for their upcoming new album R.I.B.. The artwork was brought to life by Patrick Strogulski, who is a student of Sebastian Krüger, the former TANKARD cover artist.
Mastermind Gerre states:

The cover is done again by Patrick Strogulski, an apprentice of Sebastian Krüger and really hits the spot! As always with Tankard, things shouldn’t be taken too seriously!”
The band also released the R.I.B. track listing:

German Heavy Metal legends ACCEPT have announced Blind Rage as the title to their third studio album since their 2010 comeback and fourteenth studio album of their career. Set for release this summer in North America, Blind Rage will be produced, mixed, and mastered by Andy Sneap (EXODUS, MEGADETH, OPETH, ARCH ENEMY).
“Something happened to us, something subliminal and impetuous,” states ACCEPT guitarist and main songwriter Wolf Hoffmann. “It is wild and scary and it’s called Blind Rage! The cover artwork done by Daniel Goldsworthy shows the beast coming over us – in blind rage – all over the planet. Wherever we go, whenever you turn on the TV, there is blind rage in the works – either natural catastrophes or man-made madness.”
Proudly representing the “Made in Germany” trademark, ACCEPT fashioned distinct musical blueprints that have influenced multiple generations of followers. They have kept their music and artistry relevant around the world and have overcome staggering odds to maintain international careers for over three decades.
The band’s 2010 career comeback album, Blood Of The Nations, debuted at #25 on the iTunes Top Rock Albums chart and at #187 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. In Canada, the album debuted at #53 on the Nielsen Soundscan Top Hard Albums chart.
ACCEPT’s 2012 album, Stalingrad, debuted at #81 on the Billboard Top 200 and clinched the #13 position on the Top Independent Albums chart. In Canada, the album debuted at #101 on the Top 200 Albums chart and #7 on the Top Hard Music Albums chart.
Portland Punk Metal day-ruiners, TOXIC HOLOCAUST, will join forces with Savannah, Georgia sludge warriors/labelmates, Black Tusk, for a European campaign of live destruction this Summer. The mayhem begins in Denmark where the trio will systematically devastate Copenhagen before joining team Black Tusk, along with Hamburg doom-sludge quartet Downfall Of Gaia, to ravage eight cities through Germany, Belgium and France including an appearance at this year’s Hellfest.
Crowned, “…one of thrash’s most exciting modern bands,” by Loudwire, “…the aural equivalent of a cobra with a chest tattoo of a double helix and syringes for fangs getting ready to strike amidst two flesh-like walls of anxious, bloodshot eyes…,” by MetalSucks, ” “a bottled up riot distilled into musical form,” by Metal Injection, ” and, “….hands down one of the coolest crossover albums put to tape,” by Apeshit, Chemistry Of Consciousness continues to dehydrate the masses with a platter that pays tribute to the likes of Anti-Cimex, Warfare, Infernal Majesty, GBH, Discharge, Autopsy and Chaos UK without replicating them. The band appeared on the cover of Decibel’s December 2013 issue and earned the #12 position on the magazine’s Top 40 Albums of 2013. Additionally, TOXIC HOLOCAUST ranked in at #5 on Noisecreep’s 10 Best Vinyl Releases of 2013.
TOXIC HOLOCAUST:
6/13/2104 Copenhell – Copenhagen, DK

6/14/2104 Underground – Köln, DE
6/15/2104 Chez Heinz – Hannover, DE
6/16/2104 Bastard Club – Osnabrück ,DE

TOXIC HOLOCAUST mutated into existence in 1999, when Joel Grind merged his love for classic punk and metal into his ideal band. Like his influences – Bathory, Venom, English Dogs, Possessed, Broken Bones – TOXIC HOLOCAUST offers up blazing riffs, gravel-throated vocals, and a deadly fixation on the evil in man and a post-apocalyptic world wrapped in a DIY attitude.

IZEGRIM – This is a Dutch Death/Thrash Metal band that every member of our Metal community MUST know about! Fronted by vocalist/bassist Marloes, IZEGRIM’s sonic punishment can very well destroy our Earth’s geomagnetic field and we can all start kissing our asses goodbye now. Seriously. IZEGRIM is that freaking heavy and scalding of a Death/Thrash troupe and Congress Of The Insane (Listenable Records) is Metal proof positive! The album cover artwork is beyond incredible too.
As for the subject matter heard lyrically, on Congress Of The Insane, I’ll leave it to Marloes herself, as she has previously stated: “Congress of the Insane” features a concept based on the evil in the deceiving human nature. “Nowadays everyone seems normal until you get to know them. Some freaks are here, they’re real and they are alive!” The gathering of those disclosed society monsters can be depicted as a “Congress of the Insane.”
Crushing all that comes into its path, Congress Of The Insane is an extreme gem among Metal releases from 2013. The vocals of Marloes are potent enough to be considered a weapon of mass destruction. With a killer rhythm section and scathing duo guitars, IZEGRIM have proven to me, beyond a reasonable Metal doubt, that they are one of my favorite Metal bands within our Metal galaxy. Metal be thy name. – Stone
