KISS KOLLECTIBLES – That’s it at the top! That’s my really cool KISS mini lunch box Christmas ornament! I was fortunate enough to have received this KISS Kollectible as a Christmas gift from my family, along with the KISS PEZ gift tin. I’m going to keep the paper tag attached to this whiz-bang KISS Kollectible; the klassic KISS logo on that paper tag makes it too difficult to take off and throw away!

KISS KOLLECTIBLES – It just feels right to end 2012 here at Metal Odyssey with a Rockin’ fun KISS KOLLECTIBLE post! Check it out at the top! That’s my KISS PEZ (candy) collectible gift tin! All four of these super cool KISS PEZ dispensers are safely secured inside that sturdy tin box! The issue year of this KISS PEZ is 2012 and is a limited edition.Whoa!

I received this whiz-bang KISS KOLLECTIBLE as a Christmas gift from my family. I thank them for it, from the bottom of my METAL heart! Fun stuff it is. No, I won’t be actually using these KISS PEZ dispensers to eat the PEZ candy from them; the KISS Kollector side of me won’t allow it! Metal be thy name!

KISS KOLLECTIBLES – That’s it at the top! That’s my really cool Gene Simmons Christmas Ornament! Whoa! My family bought this KISS Kollectible for me a couple of weeks ago; they found it at Walgreens (a large retail & pharmaceutical store).

It cost $5 (U.S.) if you buy 2 of any similar kind; otherwise the ornament costs $5.99. Apparently, this was the only KISS ornament left for sale! Metal be thy name! The box measures approximately 3.5″ x 5.25″.

KISS KOLLECTIBLES – Wanna See My KISS “Rock And Roll Over” Neon Clock? It’s Really Cool…

KISS KOLLECTIBLES – That’s it at the top! That’s my KISS Rock And Roll Over neon clock, lit up in all its kisstastic glory! I bought this very cool KISS neon clock a few years ago at Hot Topic. Guess what? It set me back just $10.00 (U.S.) cause I found it on a… markdown shelf! The original price was more than double that too. Metal be thy name!

This neon clock can either be hung on a wall or stood up on a shelf. The diameter measures approximately 11.5″. I have a choice of using 1 AAA battery or just plugging this neon clock into a socket. Not too shabby.

I threw away the original box this KISS neon clock came in. What the hell was I thinking? Sometimes Stone brain farts… big time. It’s like that elder Metal troll told me recently: “Stone, y-y-you c-c-can’t fret over c-c-chucking away t-t-that KISS neon c-c-clock b-b-box.”

Wanna See My MISFITS (Promotional) Drinking Coaster? It’s Really Cool…

MISFITS – That’s the front side of this cool Misfits (promotional) drinking coaster! This coaster came inside the jewel case of: MISFITS Meet The Nutley Brass / Fiend Club Lounge. The front side of this coaster depicts the actual album cover. Since this collectible Misfits item came inside the CD, I consider it a promotional piece.

This Misfits album was released back in 2005, on MISFITS Records / RYKO. Unfortunately, this album has seen it’s share of harsh reviews, although there have been positive reviews as well. This wasn’t a Misfits album where they perform the music heard; instead all the songs are Misfits cover songs performed by The Nutley Brass. To sum up the sound of this album, think Tijuana Brass.

I understand the music is a huge detour from what fans expect from a Misfits album, still, I’ve listened to it and it’s not the end of the world. It’s different. Like Lenny Wolf of Kingdom Come would say: “it is what it is”.
