VADER – Announce New Tour In Australia + New Zealand For October 2022!

Polish death metal legends VADER – who are ready to kick off this Friday their “De Profundis XXV Album Reedition Tour 2022 Part 2” – have announced their new tour in Australia and New Zealand for October 2022. The support comes from Polish Industrial/Groove Metallers THY DISEASE.

“Vader is coming back to Australia and New Zealand!!! After a 5 year long break Vader will visit Australia and New Zealand! We were planning this for a long time and in 2017 we had a tour booked for these territories, but back then we had to change our plans for reasons beyond our control. Now the time has come to announce that CREATIVE MUSIC together with SLAMMAN BOOKING ASIA, HARDLINE MEDIA and VALHALLA TOURING are bringing the pride of Poland to Australia and New Zealand! We just keep our fingers crossed that nothing will stand in our way in these weird times. Introducing MISCREATION; Miscreation MMXXI Out This May

Canadian death merchants MISCREATION will unveil themselves to the world with the release of Miscreation MMXXI. This three track offering was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Christian Donaldson of Cryptopsy.

MISCREATION’s intelligent and song oriented approach to tech-laden death makes them one of the most promising new acts in modern death metal and Miscreation MMXXI is only a taste of what’s to come.

MISCREATION was formed in 2018 with the intention of creating an eight chapter concept album that follows one cohesive storyline. After spending more than three years perfecting this meticulously crafted collection of death metal, MISCREATION is ready to share its vision. CREEPING DEATH will be touring in support of their most recent release The Edge Of Existence EP, unleashed last year via MNRK Heavy. With a nod to crossover masters Iron Age, a bit of the tech-death of Cryptopsy, a foundation of forebearers Death, CREEPING DEATH summons a vibrant sound somehow both familiar and fresh. The Edge Of ExistenceEP further demonstrates the power, fury, and outright revelry at the heart of the band’s identity.

Captured at Homewrecker Recording Studio in Tucson, Arizona and produced and mixed by Ryan Bram (Gatecreeper, Bitter Rivals, Sex Prisoner), the six-song EP introduces three new certified hellraisers — “Relics From The Past,” “Humanity Transcends,” and the title track — alongside remade and revitalized versions of the three songs from the band’s 2016 debut EP — “Sacrament Of Death,” “Doused In Flames,” and “Skinned Alive.”

The Edge Of Existence EP is available on CD, cassette, digitally, and now vinyl, at THIS LOCATION.

Originally hailing from Denton, Texas and now situated in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, guitarist Trey Pemberton, vocalist Reese Alavi, bassist Eric “Rico” Mejia, drummer Lincoln Mullins, and guitarist A.J. Ross III comprises the group Revolver called the, “Power Trip-endorsed band leading the next wave of Texas metal.” They refused to let the 2020 pandemic destroy their momentum, even after COVID sidelined two of them for several weeks.

The group emerged from lockdown with a punishing array of their most crushing material yet. Ross (also of Kombat and Torture Tomb, with Cole Crutchfield of Knocked Loose) made his recorded debut with CREEPING DEATH, adding another heavy dimension to their massive bellow on The Edge Of Existence.

Helsinki based 5-piece Death Metal band OvDeth brings their unique touch to the Nordic extreme metal scene. Since 2016, the band has forged their solid Death Metal rooted music into a recognizable style that conveys a deep and gloomy atmosphere. “From darkness to despair, and ultimately to integrity”. Finnish Melodic Death Metal Band ANIMA HERETICAE Has Released A Music Video Short Film

Finnish melodic death metal band Anima Hereticae has released a 12 minute long music video short film from the song Constellation Of Capricorn. The released video is shot for the final song of the debut EP and it is the band’s second video. The band’s music is a mixture of melancholic and mystic death metal. The Bands song themes are inspired by the northern nature and it’s mysthicisma and the new video explores this concept even further.

“We have had an idea of a video with an apocalyptic setup for quite a while. It was exciting to see how someone outside the band would see our vision. It was pretty clear from the very beginning that the producers Atte Santala & Jenna Wáthen would be able to interperent our band’s theme to the apocalyptic setting. It was a real acid test for our concept. It seems that our music and themes can be visualized beyond vikings, castles and mountains. To the future, that is.” The band describes the process.

Bigfoot Metal Band TROGLODYTE Announce New Album – Release “Meat Your Maker” Featuring Ross Sewage

Bigfoot-inspired death metal band TROGLODYTE has re-emerged from the Missouri wilderness with their newest bloody slab of brutality, The Hierarchical Ecological Succession: Welcome to the Food Chain.

The album’s first single comes in the form of an 8-bit lyric video for the song “Meat Your Maker,” featuring guest vocals by Ross Sewage (EXHUMED, GHOUL, IMPALED). Ross had this to say about his contribution: “I was pleased as punch when the mutants in Troglodyte asked me to be a part of their music track, ‘Meat Your Maker.’ This was in fact because they punched me, repeatedly, until I meekly gurgled out my parts. Don’t fuck with Troglodyte.”

TROGLODYTE has been battering audiences with their unique brand of knuckle-dragging metal for well over a decade. Created by special effect artist and music video director Jeff Sisson as an homage to all things Bigfoot, the “creature-features” of the ’70s-’80s and classic death metal.

With titles like “Bring Me the Head of Bigfoot,” “Mummified Yeti Hand,” “Murderous Bi-Pedal Hominid Rampage (Where are My Legs?)” and “Entrails Torn from a Cryptid’s Gut,” these songs are not for the faint of heart or those without a sense of humor.

Appearances at the annual Gwar BQ, Detroit’s Berserker, Las Vegas Death Fest, and Denver’s Black Sky festival, as well as hundreds of shows supporting touring acts such as HATEBREED, ROB ZOMBIE, and GWAR, have made them crowd favorites.

The current line-up features Mike Flores from ORIGIN, as well as Michael Langner and Brandon Mitchell from TORN THE FUCK APART.

Originally formed in 2011 from the ashes of other local death metal groups, GORESKINCOFFIN started as a three-piece featuring Dean Rice (drums), Dustin Stark (guitar/vocals), and Justice Reckis (bass). The trio wrote and released their debut album, Corpse Filled Caskets, that same year. The album drew influences from black and death metal bands, both classic and modern.

Following a six-year hiatus, GORESKINCOFFIN returned with the addition of Cody Winter on vocals. The band released their second full-length, Shattered Conceptions Ov Reality, in 2017. Guitarist Randy Hoofard joined the fold shortly thereafter. In 2018, the band released the Cursed Paths EP.

GORESKINCOFFIN then amicably parted ways with Hoofard, a move that saw Reckis pick up guitar duties and the addition of new bassist Edgar Castro-Salazar. The newly invigorated lineup released the “Wrath and Ruin” single in 2021 before going to work on their newest burnt offering, Release My Suffering.

Spain’s SEPULCRHAL Releasing “From Beyond The Burial Mound” On Soulseller Records in February

Bilbao (ES) – Soulseller Records proudly presents From Beyond The Burial Mound, the full-length debut album from Spanish death metal maggots SEPULCHRAL! The album will be released February 25 on CD, vinyl LP, and digital formats.

The album’s first single, “Harbor of Drifting Souls,” is available on all digital platforms, including youtu.be/dLyjBrFb3gw.

SEPULCHRAL crawled out of the coffin when main composer Dusk wanted to release some old school death metal in the vein hof the old European bands. He composed four songs in 2015, but it was not until 2016 that he and the guitarist Wolf recorded a demo with two of those tracks called Rest In Sepulchral Darkness. After the nice reception the duo recorded a second demo the following year, Dust Of The Rotting Dead, but this time accompanied by new member Gaueko, who was in charge of the guitars and some vocals.

In 2018, Wolf left the band, and Dusk and Gaueko continued with the recording of an EP (Graveyard Repugnance) that they released in 2019. In 2020 Dusk recruited a new member to take care of the guitars and drums, leaving Gaueko in charge of vocals only.

Now, SEPULCHRAL arise from the tomb with their first full-length album, packed with catchy, putrid, crusty death metal that will make you jump from your coffin! From Beyond The Burial Mound was recorded by the band members themselves, mixed and mastered by Gorka Pérez, and features cover art by Jaime P.S.

Aptly titled Fires of the Dying World, Finland’s DESOLATE SHRINE delivers 46 minutes of their unique death metal possession. The masterful craftsmanship on DESOLATE SHRINE’s fifth album is unmistakable; a true portrait of a band at their absolute peak.
