Another new video has arrived from the already released album Babylon by DIRKSCHNEIDER & THE OLD GANG (released in October 2025, RPM).

Following the strong impact of previous clips, with “It Takes Two To Tango” and “Hellbreaker” each surpassing one million views, the band now present the video for “Batter The Power”, continuing the visual journey through their latest release.

“Batter The Power” is a classic heavy shuffle driven by a true metal riff and an anthem-like sing-along chorus that instantly evokes the spirit of “old times.” What initially appears to be a deliberately straightforward and repetitive verse structure is given a sharper edge by the accusatory vocal interplay between Udo Dirkschneider and Peter Baltes, adding tension and attitude to the song’s message.

On time with their monthly rendezvous with fans since the first single release, here comes another video from Babylon: DIRKSCHNEIDER & THE OLD GANG have unveiled the new visual for “Propaganda“, one of the most high-energy tracks from their latest album, released on October 3rd, 2025 through Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM). While the song has already made its mark on the album, the video now adds the visual dimension to its uncompromising power.

“Propaganda” is a rousing song in typical double bass drum style that barely gives you time to breathe. After an aggressive guitar intro and a sublime guitar riff, the highlights follow in rapid succession: Udo Dirkschneider and Peter Baltes shine with their polyphonic choir type vocals which alternate with two-part guitar licks, while the chorus screams the entire media-critical message of the lyrics out into the world.

“Dead Man’s Hand” has a unique backstory: originally composed by Manuela Bibert on piano, the early demo featured only vocals and keys. From there, it was transferred note for note to guitar and Hammond organ. Shortly before playing at the sold out “Halle 02” in Heidelberg/Germany, Rock legend Udo Dirkschneider was presented a “Sold Out”Award by his Manager/Booker Frank Süpfle of ITM Agency for the extremely successful DIRKSCHNEIDER tour, where 31 out of 48 Europe shows were sold out!

“It’s unbelievable, I never expected this tour to be so overly successful,” Udo comments, “It’s beautiful to see how many people walk with me on my personal way of saying goodbye to the ACCEPT chapter.”

The singer with the charismatic voice had his musical breakthrough with ACCEPT in the early 80s.

“It’s still so much fun to sing these songs live, they are a part of my biography, but nevertheless it’s about time to turn that page. There was so much talking and speculations about me and ACCEPT, so this is kind of a musical statement from my end – which seems to be very interesting for the fans who came to these shows.”

Due to extremely high requests from fans and promoters, DIRKSCHNEIDER will continue touring until the end of 2016. After the triumph all over Europe in spring 2016, DIRKSCHNEIDER will tour in Israel and Japan, doing a lot of summer festivals afterwards and then touring the US, Russia and Europe in fall and winter 2016.

They were one of the very first international artists to tour the huge country of Russia – and their fans are still very thankful until this day. U.D.O. “Live In Sofia” Preview-Clip “Heart Of Gold” Available Now!

On November 9th, the new live documents of German’s Metal icon#1, Udo Dirkschneider and his band will be released. Live In Sofia also marks the end of an era somehow, as the stable U.D.O. lineup that performed together for many years will be shown for a last time. As it became public that guitarist Stefan Kaufmann will be no longer available for the band due to health reasons, “Live In Sofia” will be the last U.D.O. DVD with Stefan.
