German Power Metal Titans MASTERPLAN Return With Brand New Song “Rise Again”! Soon On Tour In Europe With FIREWIND!

German power metal titans MASTERPLAN, who will not only embark on an extensive European tour with FIREWIND kicking off this February, return with a brand new song, entitled Rise Again! An official lyric video is now premiering below.

Following the band’s colossal anniversary edition, a reissue of their memorable debut re-released in 2023 via AFM Records, today, MASTERPLAN are sharing their new single Rise Again – an epic, powerful and hopefully first harbinger of a new album to follow in the not so distant future!

Founding member and guitarist, Roland Grapow, reveals:

β€œAfter almost 10-11 years of silence, we are ready to burst onto the heavy metal scene again. We missed the audience and new emotions. This song is about how we felt during the last period. Everything in the world changes so quickly that sometimes it is very difficult to understand where you belong. And it seems that you are talented and worthy of success, but you begin to doubt yourself. And this is a big mistake.

As usual and in the Masterplan style, we try to be positive and this is the main goal of our creativity. We want to inspire our fans to find the strength to overcome life’s challenges. Rise Again is the song about hope, life and better things to come, it’s like a phoenix rising from the ashes.β€œ

β€œRise Again” is out now on all digital streaming services via https://masterplan.bfan.link/rise-again

The new MASTERPLAN lyric video is premiering HERE

PRE-ORDER THE ALBUM HERE

LISTEN TO NEW SONG: β€œTHE POST-ATOMIC HORROR” – U.S./CANADIAN TOUR ANNOUNCED

Jan. 23, 2024 – Zombi, the electro-prog duo featuring Steve Moore and AE Paterra that Pitchfork described as evoking β€œthe murky synth ambience of the 1970s while also infusing their music with a decidedly modern aura,” and Decibel dubbed β€œexceptional,” return with their eagerly-awaited new album, Direct Inject (March 22, Relapse Records).

A preview of the nine-song collection is available now, with the track β€œThe Post-Atomic Horror” (https://orcd.co/zombi-directinject) streaming now. β€œβ€™The Post-Atomic Horror’ is a very fun song for us to play,” says Paterra. β€œNo trappings from our machines, just bass and drums, as stripped down as we can be. Definitely one for us to lean into on stage – a few minutes of riffs and wide open drums.”

Direct Inject, which was self-produced by Moore and Paterra, also features guest percussionist Jeff Gretz (Zao/From Autumn To Ashes), and guitar player Phil Manley (Trans Am).

β€œIn 2022, after our tour with The Sword, we posted up in our friend’s studio in Clearfield, PA for a week of diner breakfasts and gas station BBQ,” shares Moore. β€œWe would record every day and improvise until we found ideas we liked. We then took these ideas back home to Albany and Chicago to give them structure. A few months later, after our tour with Om, AEP went back to Clearfield to record final drum tracks. Everything else was recorded at my home studio. The only exceptions are β€˜Sessuale I’ and β€œSessuale II,” which were both written in the early β€˜00s but never officially released.”

Album pre-orders are available now, with Direct Inject available on several limited-edition vinyl variants, CD, and digitally (https://www.relapse.com/pages/zombi-direct-inject).

Zombi has simultaneously announced their first tour dates in support of Direct Inject, with a U.S./Canadian trek coming this April. Tickets are on-sale this Friday at 10 am local time. Overcalc opens on all dates.

About Mr. Bungle

Mr. Bungle was formed in an impoverished lumber and fishing town by a trio of curious, volatile teenagers. Trey Spruance, Mike Patton and Trevor Dunn beget the amorphous β€œband” in 1985 up in Humboldt County, Calif., sifting through a variety of members until 1988 when drummer Danny Heifetz and saxophonist BΓ€r McKinnon joined the group. In 1989, Mr. Bungle signed to Warner Bros. Records. No one really knows how this happened and it remains a complete mystery that even the algorithms of the internet can’t decode.

Up until 2000 they released three albums (Mr. Bungle in 1991, Disco Volante in 1995 and California in 1999), toured a good portion of the Western hemisphere and avoided any sort of critical acclaim. Some argue that the band subsequently broke up but there is also no proof of this. What is true is that they took 20 years off from performing under said moniker while they pursued various other musics that, in contrast, paid the rent.

In 2020, a different iteration of Mr. Bungle emerged, pairing the original trio of Dunn, Patton and Spruance with Anthrax’s Scott Ian and former Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo for a proper release of the Eureka-bred band’s unreleased demo, The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny and the new live album, The Night They Came Home.

King Buzzo, a.k.a. Buzz Osborne, is the singer, guitar player and founder of the enormously influential band, the Melvins. His innovative approach to songwriting, and guitar playing, has influenced countless musicians, and turned leagues of music lovers into ardent fans. Renowned for his pioneering use of down-tuned strings, Buzzo masterfully blended his punk and metal influences, and in turn, he created a groundbreaking new sound in heavy music. Over Osborne’s extensive career, which originated in the small hamlet of Montesano, Wash. in 1983, he has released over 30 albums under the Melvins’ moniker, two solo albums [Gift of Sacrifice (2020) and This Machine Kills Artists (2014)], as well as a number of collaborative projects including FantΓ΄mas and Crystal Fairy.

Trevor Dunn might be most widely known for his work with Mr. Bungle, the eclectic and unpredictable Northern California band he co-founded in 1985, but his career outside of Mr. Bungle has been just as notable. Also a member of FantΓ΄mas, Trevor Dunn’s Trio-Convulsant, Tomahawk and Melvins Lite, Dunn has also written music for various ensembles, performed extensively with John Zorn, and recently formed Riverworm Records, a label home for β€œdiscarded, forgotten, and misunderstood music.”

LORD DYING – β€œClandestine Transcendence” Full-Length Out Today On MNRK Heavy!

Posted in Metal, metal bands, metal music, Music, music news with tags , , , , , , on January 19, 2024 by Metal Odyssey

Today marks the official unveiling of Clandestine Transcendence, the latest full-length studio offering from Portland, Oregon-based progressive sludge metal conjurors, LORD DYING.

The second installment of a planned trilogy, Clandestine Transcendence picks up where 2019’s critically adored Mysterium Tremendum left off. Mysterium Tremendum began a narrative centered on a central character the band calls The Dreamer, an immortal being who wants to die. On Clandestine Transcendence, he gets that wish and explores what happens beyond death.

Woven throughout the songs, that story and its rich thematic material inform a wholly immersive listen where tension, drama, and atmosphere abound. The massive scope and melodic vocals found across the record expand upon the band’s already singular sound while sharpened songwriting, emphasizing hooks, helps push both extremes of the band beyond prior limits. Simply put, the softer side is even dreamier; the heavy side is twice as brutal.

On Clandestine Transcendence, LORD DYING co-founders Erik Olson (guitar, vocals) and Chris Evans (guitar) are joined by Alyssa Maucere (former bassist for Eight Bells) and Kevin Swartz (current drummer of Tithe). Produced by Converge guitarist Kurt Ballou (High On Fire, Code Orange, Kvelertak) at his God City Studios, the twelve-track offering steps even further into the great unknown, filled with riffs and vibes.

Clandestine Transcendence is available on CD, LP, and digital formats through MNRK Heavy. Find ordering options at THIS LOCATION.

Watch the band’s previously released videos for β€œI AM NOTHING, I AM EVERYTHING,” β€œThe Endless Road Home,” and β€œThe Universe Is Weeping” HERE.

MORNE To Join Author & Punisher On North American Winter Tour – Tickets On Sale Now

Boston, Massachusetts’ MORNE will join Author & Punisher for a short run of North American live dates. The nine-date journey kicks off February 23rd in Cambridge, Massachusetts and runs through March 3rd in Brooklyn, New York. Additional support will be provided by Glassing.

MORNE guitarist/vocalist MiΕ‚osz Gassan comments, β€œThis is our first North East/Mid-West run in a very long time. We will also play cities we haven’t played before and I really hope people will come out and share those nights with us. Cheers to Author & Punisher for inviting us. See you on the road!”

Tickets are on sale now. See all confirmed dates below.

MORNE w/ Author & Punisher, Glassing:
2/23/2024 Sonia – Cambridge, MA
2/24/2024 La Source de la MartiniΓ¨re – Quebec City, QC
2/25/2024 Garrison – Toronto, ON
2/27/2024 Sanctuary – Detroit, MI
2/28/2024 Reggies – Chicago, IL
2/29/2024 Black Circle – Indianapolis, IN
3/01/2024 Ace Of Cups – Columbus, OH
3/02/2024 Broken Goblet – Bensalem, PA
3/03/2024 Saint Vitus Bar – Brooklyn, NY

MORNE released their Engraved With Pain full-length last November via Metal Blade Records. Engraved With Pain is a moment of grim triumph, as rooted in Celtic Frost as in Ministry, still somehow extrapolated from the gods Black Sabbath and characteristic of no one so much as themselves. Spacious, crushing, darkly thoughtful enough to be progressive but never so indulgent as to lose sight of its core message, the offering was recorded with legendary producer Kurt Ballou at GodCity Studio in Salem, Massachusetts.

The stylistic pyroclasm of MORNE’s bleak, extreme but reachable metal did not happen overnight. Since their 2009 debut album, Untold Wait, the quartet has made simple categorizations like β€œdoom” or even β€œmetal” laughable, and their latest and fifth full-length, fittingly titled Engraved With Pain, refines their attack to a level toward which even 2018’s To The Night Unknown could only hint.

Playing out across four chapters in forty-minutes, the album sees the veteran outfit crafting rhythmic tension and lung-squeezing atmospheres as Gassan emits layered guttural shouts that speak to inner and outer crises. Engraved With Pain makes its title believable, and from its eponymous opener through β€œMemories Like Stone,” β€œWretched Empire,” and β€œFire And Dust,” it carries humanity individually and collectively through the realities of its decline.

Housecore Records Recording Artists NEST, CHILD BITE, And SNAFU To Open Select PANTERA Shows Next Month!

Posted in Heavy Metal, Metal, metal bands, metal music, Music, music news with tags , , , , , on January 9, 2024 by Metal Odyssey

Heavy metal icons Pantera will return to the stage this February on the second leg of their North American headlining tour with special guest, Lamb Of God. Much like last Summer’s run, each show will feature an opening performance by one of three Housecore Records recording artists on select dates.

Housecore Records was founded by Pantera frontman Philip H. Anselmo in an effort to release material by his many side projects and from other bands he’s supported throughout his career. Joining this leg of the tour will be St. Louis-based metal trio and recent Housecore Records signees NEST, featuring Scour/Agoraphobic Nosebleed bassist John Jarvis, as well as two Detroit juggernauts – art punk/noise metallers CHILD BITE and hardcore punk/thrashers SNAFU (Situation Normal All Fucked Up) — both of which opened for Pantera in 2023.

Notes Anselmo, β€œI am very pleased Housecore bands will have the opportunity to play these shows; they’re all excellent and will deliver the goods, no doubt, so show up early!”

The bands comment:

NEST – Photo by John Jarvis

NEST’s John Jarvis: β€œI’d like to thank Housecore Records, Lamb Of God, and Pantera for this incredible opportunity! I was lucky enough to see Pantera when I was 12, and if you had told me then that I’d open up for them on an arena tour in 2024, I would have called you crazy. Actually, I still don’t believe it as I type this, but it’s apparently happening! Thanks to everyone that’s helped us along the way and all NEST members past and present. It’s truly a dream come true and will probably go down as the coolest thing that’s ever happened to me.”

CHILD BITE – Photo by Trevor Naud

CHILD BITE’s Shawn Knight: “Oh boy, here we go! Pantera hath beckoned the BITE… again. Can’t wait to blast our brain-damaged jams in some MFing arenas. Winter too, so it’ll actually be dark when we play this time around! Philip, Rex, Charlie, Zakk… see you at catering [smooch]!”

SNAFU – Photo by Brian Sheehan

SNAFU’s Scott Curnow: “Oh man, I can’t believe we get to do this again! Last Summer was absolutely insane for us. One minute we’re playing in a two-car garage to fifty people, the next minute we’re opening for Pantera and Lamb Of God in front of 13,000 people. What a trip! We’re forever grateful to the Pantera crew, the Housecore family, and Lamb Of God for having us back. We can’t wait!”

Tickets are on sale now at pantera.com/tour.

COBRAKILL – New Album β€˜Serpent’s Kiss’ Set For Release On January 19, 2024

Posted in Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Metal, metal music, Music, music news with tags , , , , , , on December 28, 2023 by Metal Odyssey

German Hard ‘n Heavy metal band CobraKill, recently signed to Frontiers, are set to release their incredible second album ‘Serpent’s Kiss‘, on 19th January 2024.

The band show excitement for the upcoming album: β€œβ€™Serpent’s Kiss’ is a testament to our musical evolution. Recorded in the studio, it showcases a remarkable diversity, giving birth to infectious earworms right from the initial sessions. The album is a testament to our growth since our debut, radiating with creativity and displaying a newfound maturity. With drummer Toby Ventura taking the reins in production, mixing, and recording, we had unparalleled freedom to sculpt our sound. “Serpent’s Kiss” undoubtedly marks a significant leap forward for us”.

Formed in 2020, CobraKill swiftly garnered attention for embracing the sound, attitude, and ferocity reminiscent of iconic artists such as MΓΆtley CrΓΌe, Judas Priest, W.A.S.P., Lizzy Borden, and RATT. Their ambitious goal is to reignite the flames of heavy metal’s glory days from the ’80s and conquer the world with their unique music.

Drawing inspiration from the likes of these legendary bands, the quintet, featuring Nick Adams on vocals, Randy White on lead guitar, Tommy Gun on rhythm guitar, Crippler Ramirez on bass, and Toby Ventura on drums, not only captures the essence of the ’80s but embodies it in both sound and appearance.

CobraKill‘s rise to prominence has been marked by electrifying performances and meticulously crafted songs. Fans attending their shows often describe the experience as magical, with many likening the atmosphere to witnessing the young MΓΆtley CrΓΌe commanding the stage.

The band’s debut album, ‘CobratΓΆr,’ released in 2022, achieved remarkable success, selling out its physical format within weeksβ€”a testament to the band’s rapid ascent in the music scene.

Power Vocalist ANDRY Launches Solo Career, Reveals Debut Single ‘Skies’ From Upcoming Album

Posted in Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Metal, metal bands, metal concerts, metal music, Power Metal with tags , , , , , , on December 18, 2023 by Metal Odyssey

β€œThe missing link between Ronnie James Dio and Christina Aguilera”. That’s how Athens born ANDRY LAGIOU describes herself as a vocalist. A former runner-up on The Voice of Greece and frontwoman of The Harps, she has decided to embark on a solo career and will be just ANDRY.

Being a well-known name on the international metal scene, her highly anticipated debut album ‘Skies’ will be released on February 16 2024 through Baby Mistress Records.

The first single, for the title-track ‘Skies’ is out now and available on all streaming platforms via The Orchard, at https://orcd.co/skies.

Skies’, the hard-hitting title track of the album is an important song for Andry and close to her heart: β€œSkies is about empowerment and rising through the ashes of a nuclear war having many allegories of female abuse and my personal life. The artwork of the album is inspired by the space and how it might look in the future. Since you can’t live in the past it is consoling to dream about the future and about the changes it will bring.”

Andry is much more than just a singer… songwriter, guitar player, feminist. She first appeared on the scene in 2013, when she founded her band The Harps but it was in 2017 when she took Greece by storm after winning a blind audition on The Voice, covering a spectacular version of Deep Purple’s ‘Burn’. The video garnered more than one million views on YouTube (see below). After finishing as the runner-up at The Voice of Greece, Andry released the album ‘Love Strikes Doves’ with The Harps and was featured as guest vocalist on several albums, including The Vivaldi Metal Project and prog metal act Pyramid, where she duetted with Tim Ripper Owens on the smash song ‘Stygma’.

By 2022 Andry decided to take fate in her own hand and wrote and recorded her first solo-album ‘Skies’. Mixed by sound wizard Jay Ruston (Anthrax, Winery Dogs, Steel Panther), the album features contributions from Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big, Winery Dogs, David Lee Roth), Mike Lepond (Symphony X), Russell Gilbrook (Uriah Heep) and Stephen Platt (Devin Townsend).

Most of all, ‘Skies’ contains the amazing vocal and songwriting talents of Andry, a strong and confident woman who has taken control of her own career… and life: β€œOne choses her own destiny. Are you a slave to your emotions or your goals? Life is like a jungle, you eat or you’ll be eaten.”

With the imminent release of her album, Andry has put a kick-ass live band together to take her music to live stages across Europe and beyond. Her tour will start in January with shows in the Benelux.

Next confirmed shows:
14-01-2024: The Church – Almelo (TRY OUT) – NL
16-01-2024: De Lantaarn – Hellendoorn (NL)
18-01-2024: Eurosonic 2024 -Simplon Groningen (ESNS EXTRA) – NL

VOIDGAZER – To Release Debut Album β€œDance Of The Undesirables” In Early 2024 Through New Label Home, Atomic Fire Records

Today, Atomic Fire Records proudly welcomes St. Louis metal powerhouse VOIDGAZER to their label family.

Comments the band, “VOIDGAZER is beyond fired up to join the roster of Atomic Fire Records and stand shoulder to shoulder not only with bands that defined entire genres, but also other up and comers also out to prove something to the world. We think we are in the right place at the right time to help rewrite the rules the way our predecessors did. With their DNA pumping through our veins, and the global vision of Atomic Fire Records behind us, VOIDGAZER is ready to write our own chapter in heavy metal history.”

Founded in late 2015 by mastermind Manny Watts, extreme prog merchants VOIDGAZER released their debut EP, Years Of Exile, the following year. The band jammed around the Midwest over the next three years, naturally evolving the music and band until the current lineup. Although they first played together in 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic forced them put their live performances on ice as well as hit pause on the release of their second EP, Dance Of The Undesirables. They initially planned a large release campaign for the offering but ultimately only pressed enough copies to cover their last few scheduled live performances. It was during this down time that Atomic Fire Records took interest in VOIDGAZER‘s vision and offered them an international recording contract.

To seal the deal, Dance Of The Undesirables will be released early next year with additional new material. Stay tuned for details…

Manny Watts – guitars
Mitchell Bussone – bass
Kyle Hammer – drums

QUEENSRΕΈCHE are releasing another thought-provoking video that was created by Above The Void with the help of AI. Check out β€œNocturnal Lights”, the 8th video taken from Digital Noise Alliance: https://youtu.be/2eZ9_1l-9R0

The band comments: β€œThis is a song spawned from the truly catastrophic year of 2020. Beginning with Kobe Bryant’s helicopter crash to a relentless global pandemic with lockdowns. If that wasn’t enough, we had to endure natural disasters, racial injustices, protesters, a chaotic reality tv presidential election, political division, highest level of unemployment, as well as the postponement of the 2020 summer Olympic games in Japan.”

Nocturnal Light” is taken from their latest album, Digital Noise Alliance, that was released in October of 2022. It is QUEENSRΕΈCHE’s 16th studio album and it continues their ever-evolving legacy. Once again teaming up with producer Zeuss (Rob Zombie, Hatebreed), β€œDigital Noise Alliance” not only refracts QUEENSRΕΈCHE’s past accomplishments but also pushes into the band’s future. THE CULT’S Beloved Post Punk Masterpiece β€œDreamtime” Receives 40th Anniversary Vinyl Reissue

Posted in classic rock, classic rock bands, Hard Rock, hard rock bands, Music, music news with tags , , , , , , , on December 5, 2023 by Metal Odyssey

AVAILABLE FEBRUARY 23 VIA BEGGARS BANQUET, THE 10-SONG ALBUM WILL BE AVAILABLE ON BOTH OXBLOOD AND BLACK VINYL

PRE-ORDER HERE

Dec. 5, 2023 – The Cult, who celebrate their 40th anniversary in 2024, see their adventurous and highly-regarded debut album, Dreamtime, released as a special 40th anniversary vinyl variant on Feb. 23 via Beggars Banquet.

Originally released in 1984, following the band’s evolution from the Southern Death Cult, to Death Cult, and then simply The Cult, Dreamtime finds the outfit featuring Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy, pivoting from their goth and punk roots into something eclectic, aspirational, and adventurous. Rife with lyrical references to the indigenous cultures of the Americas and Australia, and set against a more bombastic and muscular musical backdrop, Dreamtime hints at what would envelop the band over the next four decades, a dedication to their wholly unique songwriting, both musically and thematically, and the frenzy that was soon to come with the release of Love only a year later.

β€œSpiritwalker,” the first single from the album, hit #1 on the U.K.’s independent chart.

Available for pre-order now, the collection is available on both oxblood (indie retail) and black vinyl: https://thecult.ffm.to/dreamtimereissue.

Dreamtime – tracklist:

A1. Horse Nation
A2. Spiritwalker
A3. 83rd Dream
A4. Butterflied
A5. Go West

B1. Gimmick
B2. A Flower In the Desert
B3. Dreamtime
B4. Rider In the Snow
B5. Bad Medicine Waltz

The Cult formed in 1984 England, with the seminal post-punk band going on to sell in excess of four million albums with numerous international and U.S. gold and platinum certifications. Ian Astbury (vocals) and Billy Duffy (guitar) have released 11 studio albums over The Cult’s 40-year career. The band, dubbed β€œShamanic goths” by Classic Rock Magazine, found international renown with the 1985 album, Love, which featured the enduring rock anthem β€œShe Sells Sanctuary,” as well as the oft-heard follow-up single β€œRain.”

Electric arrived in 1989, with Rolling Stone saying the collection of songs (particularly β€œLove Removal Machine,” β€œWild Flower” and β€œLil’ Devil”) β€œswaggers, crunches and howls.” Most recently, The Cult released Under the Midnight Sun. Mojo, in a review of the eight-song album, said β€œrock’s unquenchable melodramatists have the fire in their eyes still.”

In late 2023, Astbury and Duffy reformed Death Cult for a series of live performances including a sole U.S. date at The Theatre at The Ace Hotel and a limited run of U.K. dates including back-to-back sold out shows at the Brixton Electric.

DEAF RAT – Presents Lyric Video For New Single “Say Your Lies”!

Posted in Heavy Metal, Metal, metal bands, metal music, Music, music news with tags , , , , , , , on December 3, 2023 by Metal Odyssey

Following their much-acclaimed debut album, Ban The Light ( 2019, AFM Records ) and a series of live tracks, taken off their incredible show in support of JUDAS PRIEST “Live In Dalhalla”, Swedish hard rock trio DEAF RAT has released a brand new single! The song is out now on all digital streaming services via https://deafrat.bfan.link/say-your-lies a lyric video for “Say Your Lies” is below.

β€œSay Your Lies” tells a story about the mysterious phenomenon of sleep paralysis and the malicious entity nightmare that has been documented to haunt people in their sleep worldwide since the early 1300s. “In six months time, I had three friends tell me about their experiences of waking up in the middle of the night, unable to move or speak”, frontman Frankie reveals. “They all saw a dark diffuse shadow like character in their room, and all felt like if someone was sitting on top of their chest. Now if that is not a good topic for a hard rock song then I don’t know what is!”

β€œSay Your Lies” shines as an expertly produced rock anthem that showcases the band’s musical prowess. DEAF RAT have again succeeded in merging lyrics and music into a gripping, pulsating high-energy rock track! Get ready to get dragged into the abyss, and watch the band’s new lyric video for “Say Your Lies” HERE.

DEAF RAT hails from Dalarna in Sweden, a small region with long traditions of mining, steel industry, music and a healthy dose of DIY attitude. The broad sound of DEAF RAT is built on a strong foundation of classic 70s, 80s and 90s rock packed with influences of the band members different personal favourites. With their massive guitar riffs and strong melodies, this is the band that fills up the cracks in the ageing concrete between old school and modern hard rock.

With their driving riffs, thundering drum beats, and an electrifying presence, DEAF RAT prove that they are one of the most explosive and dynamic forces in the world of hard rock. The band is currently in the studio, working on the successor album to Ban The Light. Earlier and this recent summer, they have already shared a first track, entitled “Schizophrenic Part Of Me”, which is available on all digital services and on Youtube. Frankie adds: “To be in the studio with the other guys is a dream. I can just sit in the studio and listen to the guys play their guitar parts and enjoy their sheer talent which is over the top!”

In advance of the release today the band unleashes the record’s first single, β€œHigh Noon.”

Bassist Donnie Van Stavern comments, “We are extremely excited to release our seventeenth RIOT record, Mean Streets, with the mighty Atomic Fire Records label! We went back to the roots a bit on this one with some hard rockers and of course power metal stylings. Our new pre-release lyric video ‘High Noon’ is a song I wrote with [late founding guitarist] Mark Reale in mind; he loved the Old West and wrote songs about it as well (‘Restless Breed,’ β€˜Gunfighter’) and the music is a reminiscence of Thundersteel and The Privilege Of Power! Enjoy, metal warriors, more awesomeness is on the way!”

Adds vocalist Todd Michael Hall, “I’m really excited for the people to hear Mean Streets. We are evolving well with one foot rooted in the past and one foot pointing towards the future.”
